Shawn Clemens
PRESIDENT, Clemens Home Solutions
Shawn grew up working with several local contractors and has 25 years of experience in construction.
In 1998, he bought his first gutter machine and started Clemens Home Solutions.
Shawn’s commitment to detail and excellence has enabled the company to grow into a thriving business.
Jeremy Nivens
Nurse Practitioner
Jeremy feels his role on the Board of Directors is to simply help, serve, and guide the school in helping parents equip their children to become Christ-like leaders. He is heavily invested in the school because he has seen the impact it has made in his own children and believes in the leaders of the school and the amazing teachers.
He is also currently coaching Heartland's young men in basketball, as well as life.
BRETT FISCHER
321GoKids!, OWNER
Lead Therapist
Brett is passionate about serving families with special needs children.
He is the owner and founder of 321GoKids, a comprehensive pediatric therapy service from birth to 18 years of age. Brett loves to lead and teach others. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, reading, strategic thinking games and deep conversations with friends around a fire.

Memorial Baptist Church
Dusty is currently the Assistant Principal at Benjamin Rush Middle School in Rushville, and also on staff at Memorial Baptist Church in New Castle. Dusty is passionate about serving families, students and staff; while helping them reach success. Dusty and his wife, Chrissy, are incredibly grateful for the impact Heartland has had on their own children and he is appreciative for the opportunity to serve on the Heartland board.
TRAVIS THOMPSON
OLIVE LEAF LANDSCAPING, Owner
Travis is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor's in Education.
He owns Olive Leaf Landscaping, where he manages operations for the commercial, residential and utility landscaping divisions. Travis also owns TNT Endurance Sports and serves as the race director for road and trail running races. He is passionate about motivating others to better themselves spiritually, mentally and physically.
